Le Botaniste
Sonhouse Collection created the restaurant radio for Le Botaniste, crafting a unique sound identity through a brand analysis developed together with the team. Different moods were designed for lunchtime, afternoon, and evening to match the restaurant’s natural rhythm.

From a swift lunch to a slow coffee shared with carrot cake, and evenings that unfold into refined dinners with perfectly paired natural wines.
Le Botaniste moves with the rhythm of its guests. The music lingers in the background, rising and falling with the flow of the day.
Le Botaniste was founded by Alain Coumont, who struggled to find simple, organic, and vegetarian meals while traveling. Long before plant-based dining became mainstream, he launched a 100% organic and vegan restaurant concept built around flavorful, innovative vegetable recipes.
“I’ve always been aware of the impact our food has on our health and the environment,” says Alain. “Le Botaniste was born from a desire to offer an eco-friendly, organic, and gastronomic menu.”
The story began in Ghent, Belgium, known as a vegetarian heaven, where the first restaurant opened in a setting inspired by a 19th-century apothecary with vintage cabinets, botanical art, lush greenery, and vibrant dishes.
Today, Le Botaniste serves its certified organic menu in Ghent, Brussels, and New York City (Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Soho, Bryant Park, and Midtown East).
